Rules Of Conduct
The following is a little declaration that all staff agree to before working at David's Temple. You will also find that the general culture of all David's Temple events follow the same heart:
We allow you to be yourself. We will not impose any personal beliefs on anyone but will offer spiritual or personal opinions openly when asked.
David's Temple aims to be a safe environment for not only the Christian but the Non-Christian alike. It is important that all customers and staff feel comfortable in our environment to share openly with one another, encourage one another, pray for, or with each other and debate strong positions if desired; so long as great respect for one another in all communication is strongly held.
Through David's Temple people are encouraged to challenge each other, learn from each other and grow. We truly nurture that reality here.
General events at David's Temple (unless otherwise noted) will maintain a Spiritually Neutral ground where Non-Christians can partake without feeling ostracized or threatened in any way. Christian Events at David's Temple can be as overtly Christian as desired.
David's Temple is being built with Christian values and fellowship in mind. This allows us the virtue to accept you for who you are and that you have your own beliefs and interests without judgment. Keeping this in mind we would implore you to consider our values and beliefs before presenting any content that may be offensive or of a spiritually ritualistic nature that does not conform to what is generally accepted as morally or spiritually conservative. If you would like to share something that might be questionable in this matter please contact one of the David's Temple administrators either by email or during the venue and we can discuss your questions and concerns.
